Terms & Conditions

The Bharat Moments look forward to the opportunity to work as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions describe your obligations when purchasing travel related services from us. The words “we”, “us” and “ours” refer to Bharat Moments. The word “you” refers to the customer who visits our website, makes a reservation, or uses our services.


Payment & Fees

All our trips are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are using an international card to pay through our online booking system (PayPal), a small percentage charge may be applied due to foreign currency conversion and PayPal transaction fees.

Once availability is confirmed, payment is required to secure most tours. You may confirm your booking by:

  • Paying online through our booking system
  • Visiting our office and making payment directly

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of travel services for any reason, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written request.

  • 45 days before arrival: 10% of tour/service cost
  • 15 days before arrival: 25% of tour/service cost
  • 07 days before arrival: 50% of tour/service cost
  • 48 hours or less before arrival: No refund

Refund Turnaround Time

In case of cancellation, we coordinate with service providers such as hotels and airlines. The processing time from our end is 3–4 working days. Providers may take an additional 5–6 working days to confirm cancellations and initiate refunds.

Once we receive the refund from providers, we initiate the refund to your original payment method (where possible) within 2–3 working days. The receiving bank may take additional time to process it.

Total estimated refund turnaround time: 15–20 working days.
